Introduction.
ALICE is Copenhagen’s new power center for the boundary-seeking music located at Nørre Allé 7, Nørrebro. ALICE hit the doors on February 1, 2018 as a fusion of the two venues Global and Jazzhouse. The venue has a capacity of 250 people and presents all year round adventurous music in a wealth of genres and expressions from global roots, folk music, jazz and improv to avant-garde rock, electronic experiments, etc. We focus on both the roots of music, legendary characters and the significant new fragments. We shed light on groundbreaking music environments from around the world with the ambition to reach the whole globe – always with music of high international quality.
